One of the biggest ever bands to descend on Bures Music Festival is rhythm and blues act the Animals and Friends. This is an unmissable opportunity to see them perform on the BMF stage as part of their farewell tour on Friday 8th July.
Sixties legends The Animals were the second British band to top the American charts after The Beatles with their multi-million selling anthem, ‘House of the Rising Sun’.
Animals and Friends features original founding member John Steel and will be playing all the hits from their astonishing 50 year career including ‘We Gotta Get Out of This Place’, ‘I Put a Spell On You’, ‘Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood’, ‘ Boom Boom’, ‘Baby, Let Me Take You Home’ and of course the Number 1 hit across the world – ‘House of The Rising Sun’.
Please note that The Blockheads will no longer be playing due to the very sad passing of singer Derek Hussey in February.
