‘A live explosion of roots rock’? Alvin Youngblood Hart’s Muscle Theory sounds like the perfect fit for Bures Music Festival’s supersonic blues and rock night. The US-based trio are renowned for their blurred line of blues, roots, country and rock and are guaranteed to bring an eclectic – not to mention electric – music experience to the BMF big top. Known as a ‘musician’s musician’, Grammy-award-winning guitar legend Alvin Youngblood Hart’s praises have been sung by everyone from Bob Dylan to Eric Clapton. We can’t wait to welcome the icon and his band fresh from their tour of the US and Canada.
