Things are getting serious BMF friends. We’ve got a blinder of a headliner for Saturday and it’s just not possible to keep it to ourselves any longer…
There are tribute acts and there are tribute triumphs. This band, ladies and gentlemen, is a triumph. Bootleg Blondie is the official Blondie tribute band. And, because it’s our 20th anniversary, Bootleg Blondie have agreed to play their finest set to make our Saturday night truly memorable.
These amazing musicians are no strangers to proper big performances – they’re the only Blondie tribute band to play the legendary CBGB club in New York. And they’ve blown audiences away at the Isle of Wight Festival, the 100 Club and the Hammersmith Palais, to name just a few.
Not only that, but they’re the only Blondie tribute band to be officially endorsed by Debbie Harry and the rest of Blondie. Lead singer Deborah Harris (yes, her real name!) has the look, voice and all the attitude of the icon herself. And the band is incredible. We’re in for a real treat.
